Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our market research reports. Our refund policy varies by report tier to protect the exclusivity of Premium reports while maintaining flexibility for Basic and Standard tiers.

Data Packs are a separate product and are sold on different terms: they are delivered in full and instantly, and are non-refundable once released. See the Data Packs section below.

Marketplace Reports (Basic & Standard)

15-day money-back guarantee — no questions asked. Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days of purchase. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Custom Reports: Basic & Standard Tiers

15-day money-back guarantee with one round of revisions included at no additional cost. If you're still unsatisfied after the revision, you may request a full refund within 15 days of the final delivery.

Custom Reports: Premium Tier ($799)

Premium reports are non-refundable. Premium tier includes SEC EDGAR competitive intelligence and is guaranteed exclusive — never resold on our marketplace. Due to this exclusivity promise and the extensive research involved, Premium tier reports cannot be refunded.

Data Packs ($99) — Non-Refundable

A Data Pack is a single complete file, delivered in full the moment payment clears. There is no drafting stage, no revision round and no delivery window in which to change your mind, because you receive the entire product immediately.

At checkout you are asked to confirm two things before payment is taken:

1. 1.You want the download made available to you immediately, and
2. 2.You understand that by doing so you give up any right to cancel the purchase.

We record that confirmation against your order and repeat it in your confirmation email. If we cannot record it, the download is not released and the purchase does not complete.

Using a Data Pack as credit toward a report

If you later buy a report covering the same NAICS code, the $99 you paid for the Data Pack is credited against the price of that report.

Request it before you buy the report. Email sales@vantainsights.com and we will issue you a discount for that amount to use at checkout. The credit is applied as a discount on the report purchase, and cannot be applied to a report you have already bought.

Two further conditions apply, and they exist so that no single payment can be returned twice:

• The credit is a reduction of the report price, never a refund of the Data Pack fee.
• If you later refund that report, the refund returns the amount you were actually charged for it. The Data Pack fee is not returned, and the credit is not reinstated. You keep the Data Pack.

The credit may be used once, against one report.

Branding Services (Non-Refundable)

Branding services (+$199) are a separate, custom service applied to reports and are non-refundable regardless of report tier. Branding includes custom design, logo integration, and brand-specific formatting that is tailored specifically to your business.

Branding Subscription ($1,500/year)

The annual branding subscription is eligible for a prorated refund upon cancellation. If you cancel mid-term, we refund the unused portion of your annual fee, calculated from the cancellation date to the end of your billing period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with your order details:

• Email support@vantainsights.com with your order number
• We'll confirm your refund within 24 hours
• Funds returned to original payment method in 5-10 business days

Exceptions

Refund requests for Basic and Standard reports submitted after the 15-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refunds for repeated abuse of the refund policy or for Premium tier reports (which are non-refundable, but quality issues will be addressed with unlimited revisions). Data Packs are also non-refundable once released; a misstated federal figure is corrected and reissued free of charge.
