1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VantaInsights ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. About Our Services

VantaInsights provides market research reports and industry analysis for informational purposes. Our reports are compiled using publicly available data from authoritative sources:

U.S. Census Bureau
U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS)
Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED)
U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC EDGAR)

Our reports also include analysis and commentary generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence technology, which is reviewed for quality and accuracy.

We also sell Data Packs: a single file covering one NAICS code, containing the figures, historical series, state table and concentration measures for that industry, together with a source and provenance sheet recording each figure's source, vintage, extraction date and checksum. A Data Pack is a fixed snapshot, identified by a snapshot ID, and contains no written analysis or commentary. Data Packs are sold on different terms from reports; see the Refunds and Data Packs entries in Section 3.

3. Purchases and Payment

Pricing: All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI DSS standards. VantaInsights is the merchant of record for all transactions.

Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased report(s) in PDF format. A download link will also be sent to your email. Data Packs are delivered the same way: the complete file is made available for download the moment payment is confirmed, and the link is also sent to the email address given at checkout. Because a Data Pack is supplied in full immediately, the additional terms in the Data Packs entry below apply to it.

Refunds: We offer a 15-day money-back guarantee on Basic and Standard reports. Premium reports ($799) are non-refundable due to their exclusivity guarantee. Branding services (+$199) and other custom add-ons are non-refundable; the annual branding subscription ($1,500/year) is eligible for a prorated refund upon cancellation. See our Refund Policy for tier-by-tier details.

Data Packs ($99): Data Packs are non-refundable. They are supplied in full immediately on payment, and are released only after you expressly consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you thereby lose any right to cancel (see the Data Packs entry below). If you subsequently purchase a report covering the same NAICS code, the Data Pack fee is credited against that report's price as a discount, provided you request it before buying the report; it cannot be applied to a report already purchased. Our Refund Policy sets out how that credit is treated if the report is later refunded.

Custom Report Exclusivity: Custom Basic and Standard reports are delivered with a time-limited exclusivity period — 15 days for Basic, 30 days for Standard — during which the report is provided only to the commissioning customer. After the exclusivity period ends, VantaInsights may list and sell the report on its public marketplace at a discounted price, whether or not a refund was requested; the original customer is notified and offered a discount on a future purchase. Custom Premium reports are never resold and remain permanently exclusive.

Data Packs: Immediate Supply and Waiver of Cancellation Rights. A Data Pack ($99) is digital content supplied in full at the moment payment is confirmed, and is not supplied on a tangible medium.

Before payment is taken, you must expressly confirm, by ticking a box presented at checkout, that:

you request that we begin supplying the Data Pack immediately, before the end of any statutory cancellation period that would otherwise apply to it; and
you acknowledge that you will therefore lose any right to cancel the purchase once the download has been made available to you.

We record that confirmation against your order and repeat it in the confirmation email we send you, which serves as confirmation on a durable medium. If we cannot record your confirmation, the download is not released and the transaction does not complete.

Where you are a consumer in the European Union, this reflects the exception to the right of withdrawal for digital content supplied with the consumer's prior express consent under Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended. Where you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, it reflects regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Nothing in this entry limits any right you have in respect of a Data Pack that is faulty or not as described. If a Data Pack misstates a federal figure, we will correct and reissue it at no charge.

4. License and Usage

Reports purchased from VantaInsights are licensed for your personal or internal business use only. Data Packs are licensed on the same terms as reports throughout this Section 4. As set out in Section 5, the underlying federal statistics are in the public domain; what is licensed to you is our compilation, formatting and presentation of them. You may:

View, download, and print the report for your own use
Share the report internally within your organization
Use data and insights from the report in your business decisions
Quote limited excerpts (up to 100 words) with proper attribution to "VantaInsights"

Prohibited Uses: Except as permitted under "White-Label and Branded Reports" below, you may NOT:

—Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our reports to third parties
—Publish or reproduce substantial portions of our reports publicly
—Remove or alter any copyright notices or attributions
—Use our reports to create competing products or services
—Share your download link or account access with others outside your organization

Multi-User and Enterprise Licensing

If you need licenses for multiple users or wish to distribute reports within a larger organization, contact us at sales@vantainsights.com for enterprise licensing options.

White-Label and Branded Reports

This applies only to reports purchased with white-label branding (the per-report branding add-on or the annual branding subscription), and for those reports it takes precedence over the resale restrictions above.

Resale permitted, as delivered. Branded reports may be resold or delivered to your end clients in their branded form, in the form delivered.
No new-data updates; limited revisions. A purchase grants the report as of its purchase date; a refreshed edition with newer data is a new purchase. Correction of factual or data errors is available at no charge as one round of revisions within 15 days of purchase (Premium: unlimited), per our Refund Policy.
Catalog or derivative use requires a separate license. Systematic redistribution, offering the reports as a catalog, library, database, or subscription, or building a derivative or automated product from purchased reports, requires a separate written commercial license. Buying reports individually, including in volume, does not grant the right to assemble, publish, or resell them as a collection. 5. Data Accuracy

Reports are based on data from government agencies (Census Bureau, BLS, FRED, SEC). While we strive for accuracy:

—We do not guarantee that all data is error-free
—Government source data may have inherent lags (e.g., Census data is typically 1-2 years behind)
—Reports should not be the sole basis for major business decisions

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our reports, including text, graphics, logos, charts, data compilations, and analysis, is the property of VantaInsights and is protected by international copyright laws.

Our reports incorporate data from U.S. government agencies, which is in the public domain. Our value-added analysis, commentary, formatting, and presentation of such data remains our intellectual property.

"VantaInsights" and our logo are trademarks of VantaInsights. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

Our reports are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice, including but not limited to financial, investment, legal, or business advice.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our reports for any particular purpose.

AI-Assisted Analysis: The data and figures in our reports are drawn from U.S. federal government sources and cited to those sources. The surrounding analysis, commentary, and narrative are produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence and reviewed by us for quality, but may still contain errors or omissions. Independently verify any figure or statement before relying on it for a business, financial, investment, or legal decision.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

—VantaInsights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services
—Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report(s) giving rise to the claim
—We are not liable for any business decisions you make based on information in our reports

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VantaInsights and DATS Digital LLC, together with their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

—Your use of our Services
—Your violation of these Terms
—Your violation of any law or of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights
—Your resale, redistribution, branding, or delivery of any report to a third party, including any claim, demand, or dispute brought by that third party regarding the report or its contents

You are solely responsible for your relationship with, and any representations you make to, your own clients or recipients.

10. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, USA. For consumers resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer-protection laws of their country of residence continue to apply to the extent required by law, and such consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VantaInsights regarding your use of our Services. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
