Which code does this activity belong in?
Water supply and irrigation systems establishments operate water treatment plants and distribution infrastructure including pumping stations, aqueducts, and mains to deliver water for drinking, irrigation, or other purposes. The boundary with sewage treatment facilities is clear: water supply systems deliver potable or irrigation water to users, while sewage treatment facilities handle wastewater removal and treatment. Steam and air-conditioning supply establishments distribute thermal energy rather than water for consumption or irrigation.
